Yumetoto Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and the operator of yumetoto. By creating an account, accessing games, placing a sports wager, depositing MYR or otherwise using yumetoto, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling provisions.

If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must not register or continue using yumetoto. Access is provided only where the user may lawfully participate. It remains your responsibility to understand the rules applicable to online gambling in the place where you are physically located. Availability of a website or payment method does not constitute legal advice or a representation that participation is permitted in every jurisdiction.

The English version governs this agreement. Customer service may assist Malaysian users in additional languages, but translated explanations are provided for convenience and do not replace the English legal text.

You may register with yumetoto only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited from gambling by law, court order, employment obligation or self-exclusion arrangement. Yumetoto may request proof of age, identity, residential address, payment ownership or source of funds before permitting play or processing a withdrawal.

Only one account is permitted per person unless yumetoto provides prior written approval. Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred or opened on behalf of another individual. Users must register with accurate, current information and promptly update material changes. Providing false details, using another person's MyKad, payment account or e-wallet, or attempting to bypass an exclusion may result in restriction or closure.

Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in providing yumetoto services may be restricted from participating where access could create a conflict of interest. We may also decline registration or continued access following a lawful risk, fraud, security or compliance assessment.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Passwords should be unique, difficult to guess and not reused across unrelated services. Any activity completed after successful authentication may be treated as authorised unless yumetoto receives timely notice of suspected compromise and determines otherwise following review.

You must notify support promptly if your device, password or registered contact details may have been compromised. Yumetoto may temporarily lock an account, request additional verification or require a credential reset to protect the user and platform. Such protective action does not create an entitlement to compensation for delayed access.

Verification may include checking identity documents and confirming ownership of a Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or Malaysian bank account. Information supplied must be genuine, legible and unaltered. Yumetoto may retain verification records as described in its Privacy Policy and as reasonably required for security, fraud prevention and compliance.

5. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the registered account holder. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and participating Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts and processing times may differ by user, method and operational circumstances.

Yumetoto generally displays eligible Malaysian accounts in MYR. Users must review transaction details before confirming payment. Banks and payment providers may apply their own terms, limits, maintenance windows or fees. Yumetoto is not responsible for a separate charge imposed directly by a user's bank or payment provider where that charge was not collected by yumetoto.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, security review, payment ownership checks, bonus clearance and anti-fraud controls. Where practical, funds may be returned through the original deposit route. Stated processing times are estimates rather than guarantees, particularly during Malaysian public holidays, bank maintenance, unusually high transaction volumes or enhanced verification.

6. Casino Games and Sports Betting

Casino games and sports markets offered through yumetoto are subject to the specific rules displayed for that product. Users should review stake limits, settlement rules, return-to-player information where available, market conditions and potential outcomes before participating. Once accepted, a wager normally cannot be cancelled merely because the user changed their mind.

Sports markets may cover the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, football and other local or international events. Odds may change until the wager is confirmed. Settlement is based on the official result or the relevant market rules. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, rescheduled or incorrectly listed, yumetoto may void or settle the affected market according to the rules displayed for that sport.

A technical display error, incorrect price or obvious market mistake does not create an entitlement to unintended winnings. Yumetoto may correct a clear error and adjust the account to the position that would have existed had the error not occurred. Material decisions may be reviewed when a user raises a genuine dispute through support.

7. Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions

Promotions are optional and may carry separate conditions concerning eligible deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution, minimum sports odds, withdrawal limits and expiry. These conditions form part of this agreement once a user claims or uses the relevant offer.

Users must read the complete promotion details before opting in. Bonus funds may be removed if an offer expires, eligibility is not maintained or prohibited wagering patterns are identified. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred or exchanged for cash before all applicable requirements are satisfied.

Yumetoto may withhold or cancel a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated play, bonus abuse, false information or deliberate exploitation of a pricing or technical error. Legitimate play will not be penalised merely because a user wins.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse yumetoto. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity or payment method.
• Attempting to manipulate games, odds, promotions, software, security controls or transaction systems.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools or unauthorised software to interact with yumetoto.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, fraudulent chargebacks or money-laundering activity.
• Submitting forged documents or deliberately misleading customer support during verification.
• Threatening staff, distributing harmful code or interfering with another user's access.
• Using yumetoto for commercial betting services or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

Yumetoto may investigate suspected misconduct and preserve relevant records. Where appropriate, access may be restricted while the review is conducted. Confirmed misuse may lead to the voiding of affected transactions, account closure and other lawful action.

9. Responsible Gambling

Yumetoto is intended only for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not employment, an investment or a solution to financial pressure. Players should set an affordable budget, monitor time spent, avoid chasing losses and never participate while impaired by alcohol, medication or emotional distress.

Eligible users may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. A self-excluded user must not attempt to open another yumetoto account or use another person's credentials. We will take reasonable steps to enforce a confirmed exclusion, but users also remain responsible for not attempting to bypass protective controls.

10. Privacy and Communications

Yumetoto processes personal information for account administration, age and identity verification, payment handling, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Users must provide accurate information and may be asked to confirm details when risk or compliance checks require it.

Operational messages may be sent to explain account security, verification, transactions, service changes or amendments to these terms. Marketing preferences may be managed separately where applicable. A user cannot opt out of essential messages required to operate, protect or close an account.

11. Suspension, Restriction and Account Closure

Users may request account closure by contacting support. Before closure is completed, yumetoto may verify identity, resolve unsettled wagers and review any remaining balance. A closure request does not automatically cancel a pending investigation, valid payment obligation or confirmed self-exclusion.

Yumetoto may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, satisfy verification requirements, investigate suspected fraud, enforce these terms or respond to a legal or security concern. Where disclosure is permitted, we will provide a practical explanation and information about any action required from the user.

Undisputed withdrawable funds will ordinarily be returned after required reviews are complete. Funds connected to fraud, payment reversal, prohibited conduct or an unresolved ownership dispute may be withheld pending investigation or handled as required by applicable obligations.

12. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Yumetoto aims to provide stable access but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, device limitations, network conditions, payment-provider outages, event-feed delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Users should not assume that an unconfirmed instruction, deposit, withdrawal or wager has been completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, yumetoto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, a user's device, an external banking failure or misuse of login credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users are responsible for checking account records and reporting suspected errors without unreasonable delay. Yumetoto will review properly submitted concerns using available transaction, security and game records.

13. Amendments, Severability and Contact

Yumetoto may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, security requirements, operational practices or applicable obligations. Material revisions will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted. A delay in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right. These terms, together with incorporated policies and product-specific rules, represent the agreement governing use of yumetoto.
